INTRODUCING TIPPS
Only the most trusted Tippsters are invited to qualify to be a Mystery Tippster. Because we know who they are, we can ensure you get Mystery Customers whose opinion you value.
Mystery Tippsters use the app to answer questions about their experience in real-time meaning that no longer do you have to worry that anything gets forgotten or misunderstood.
As soon as the Tippster submits their report it is available for you to view via your Tipps Control Panel. We can even send you a notification every time a new report is available.
Because Tipps is a technology-based product we are able to be much more cost-effective than traditional Mystery Dining companies.
REPORTING IN REAL TIME
Each time a shopper visits your location, you can elect to consume the report in real-time, at the end of the day or at the end of the week. Who gets to see what report when is fully customisable via the platform meaning that you can control who gets to see the data. Each report contains a collection of questions some of which are text based and other number based. Reports can also contain pictures and videos.
EXCEL BASED REPORTING
In addition to the reports we also provide you with a weekly excel report which holds and presents all of your data in a convenient dashboard. The report provides helpful aggregations, tables and graphs.

When you understand in detail what bothers your customers, what are your business's strengths and weaknesses you can change them. This enables your business to be the best it can be. Feedback will come in multiple ways, online reviews, complaints/compliments, reviewers, experience, etc. We enable you to get focused and detailed feedback before it hits media / social media / word of mouth. It is said that repetition without feedback is like practicing on a driving range in the dark.
We don't allow our reviewers to visit the same location more than once a month.
STEP 2
You will be able to see what is around you and book your first mission. Some missions are only accessible to Tippsters which have unlocked certain levels. Start doing missions to earn points which unlock levels!
STEP 3
One mission day, travel to your mission location and complete your mission by answering questions as they appear on the screen. You have to be discreet in order not to give the game away. Once you have completed your mission, tell us how much you spent and we will pay you back quickly!
HOW CAN WE HELP?
After you have completed a mission, you will tell us how much you spent and we will Paypal you the money.
You will be paid up to the advertised mission amount. For instance, if a mission is advertised at £10 and you spend £5, you will be paid back £5. If on the other hand you spend £30, you will be paid £10.
No more than once a week. Maybe we can work with that.
