As soon as the Tippster submits a report, it is available for you to view via your Tipps Control Panel. We can even send you a notification every time a new report is available.
Tipps is a technology-based product, which allows us to be much more cost-effective than traditional Mystery Dining companies.
REPORTING IN REAL TIME
Each time a shopper visits one of your locations, you can elect to receive the report in real-time, at the end of the day or at the end of the week. You can customise who sees the reports via the platform, allowing you to control who sees the data. Each report contains a collection of questions, both text based and number based. Reports can also contain pictures and videos.
EXCEL BASED REPORTING
In addition to the reports, we also provide you with a weekly excel report which holds and presents all your data in a convenient dashboard. The report provides helpful aggregations, tables and graphs.

When you understand in detail what bothers your customers, what are your business's strengths and weaknesses you can change them. This enables your business to be the best it can be. Feedback will come in multiple ways, online reviews, complaints/compliments, reviewers, experience, etc. We enable you to get focused and detailed feedback before it hits media / social media / word of mouth. It is said that repetition without feedback is like practicing on a driving range in the dark.
We don't allow our reviewers to visit the same location more than once a month.
This is where you can book your missions. Simply register using a valid Whatsapp number and off you go!
You will be able to see what is around you and book your first mission.
On the day of your booking, go to the address and complete your mission by answering the questions we’ll send you via WhatsApp. Remember to be discreet so that you don't give the game away. Once you have completed your mission, tell us how much you spent and we will pay you back quickly!
HOW CAN WE HELP?
After you have completed a mission, you will tell us how much you spent and we will Paypal you the money.
You will be paid up to the advertised mission amount. For instance, if a mission is advertised at £10 and you spend £5, you will be paid back £5. If on the other hand you spend £30, you will be paid £10.
No more than once a week. Maybe we can work with that.
